The buzz word in builder’s minds is (Solid Wall Construction) and they assume it must be constructed of Hebel Blocks, bricks or Besser block when not the case for these standards.
Unless for aesthetic reasons or requirement for heavy duty wall shelving support if plywood not installed, the option of Hebel installation appears at a dollar value as an overkill and expense.
With our process, after electrical, data lines and plumbing rough-ins are completed, builders can sheet both sides of all walls and we can quickly foam inject these walls via 10mm drill holes strategically placed within the studs and noggins. Average size jobs completed in a few hours.

Consideration should be given to the existing systems and products you are currently using as, what is acceptable to one Certifier is not always the same as other certifiers and unfortunately for some, the entire wall system must be taken out and replaced before the certifier will sign off on the project. Please DO NOT INSTALL FIBRE GLASS BATS. Certifiers will not accept them.
We have performed the spray foam wall injected services in Westfield Centres in Springfield (Qld) Miranda and Roof Top restaurant walls in Kotara and Hurstville. Along with these we also work on fitouts for Food courts, Cinema’s, cafes, restaurants, kiosks, takeaways, school canteens, Hotels, retirement villages, child care centres, the list goes on but Primarily to helping these premises become compliant for hand over and trading where time and costs are paramount.
Example: The Kotara specifications originally called for Hebel block until the engineers found out this was unacceptable, not only for the sheer excess weight loading on roof but also, expense, time, labour, dust, excessive noise from sawing blocks and inflexibility of plumbing and wiring penetrations installing conduits and pipework.
